Prompt: “Sunflower seeds”

The stock motion heart is made out of 36 sunflower seeds just like a film roll contains 36 pictures. Each picture, similarly to each seed, has the potential to grow into a moment of simple joy and of celebration of life.

In some of the pictures, a sunflower seed is hidden. How many can you spot?

I wrote this inspired by the Ukrainian woman who was filmed offering sunflower seeds to Russian soldiers.
The defiance of everyday citizens is inspiring. The symbolism of offering Ukraine’s national flower so that it would at least grow from the carnage of this war is both chilling and poignant.
