Prompt: “An extra limb”

“The process is the piece. A digital photograph printed on a film in negative printed on my favourite pillow case with cyanotype. The final image is bad due to everything that went wrong  – printer running out of ink, cyanotype chemicals expired – but the thing is, when we love something, we just make it work anyway.

My prompt, "an extra limb" made me think of nothing other than my dog. She is an extension of myself. So I had no other choice than to create something of her. For her.”
