Prompt: “Over-filter”

“This prompt really made me consider breaking personal boundaries and to stop constricting myself so heavily. I focus almost entirely on completely still scenes, photographs in the dead of the night, not a single person within a mile. I will purposefully wait for a street corner to clear out before I capture it. I over-filter my own work by filtering out the humanity of it. This is my attempt at letting a little bit of it back in. Slowly, but surely, I will one day allow it to flood.”
