“As I was thinking of the prompt and what to do, my mind kept trailing off into all the "adult" responsibilities I have to do and or plan to figure out. Over the past year or so, I have experienced such a haviness about feeling like I don't know how to move forward, how to climb this invisible ladder that everyone else has seemed to figure out. Recently, I have started to understand more and that not everything is as it seems. This has started to lift some of the unrealistic expectations I have for myself, and be more gentle with where I am at and understand that everything takes time and that's okay. I'm starting to do things I never thought I was able to do, and I'm really proud of myself, and feeling the weight lighten”
